1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Stikies (online or offline), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products & Pricing

• All products are printed stickers or posters. • Minor color variations may occur due to screen differences. • Prices are listed in INR and may change without notice. • We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors.

3. Orders & Payments

• Online payments are securely processed via Razorpay. • We do not store card or UPI credentials. • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (for prepaid orders). • Cash on Delivery orders are confirmed upon dispatch.

4. Shipping Policy

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days depending on location. • Shipping Charges: - Prepaid: ₹70 - Cash on Delivery: ₹100 • Delivery delays may occur due to courier or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 1 day of placing the order. • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6. Refund & Return Policy

Refunds are only applicable if:

• Wrong product delivered • Damaged product received • Order not delivered

Non-refundable cases:

• Change of mind • Minor color variations • Custom sticker orders

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

7. Offline Orders

For offline sales (campus or direct sales), minimal details such as name and phone number may be collected strictly for order fulfillment and confirmation.

8. Privacy Policy

We collect customer information including:

• Name • Email • Phone number • Address & PIN code • Order details

This information is used only for:

• Order processing • Customer support • Delivery coordination

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except payment and logistics partners required to fulfill orders.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal data. Order details may be stored securely for accounting and legal purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs displayed on Stikies are intellectual property of Stikies or respective creators. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

Stikies shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from product use.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated policies will be reflected on this page.
